What if I need changes after launch?

TERMS OF SERVICE

FOUST BROTHERS LLC — EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2026
01 // PARTIES & AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Foust Brothers LLC ("Developer") and the client ("Client"). By submitting a work order and paying a deposit, the Client agrees to these terms.
02 // SCOPE OF WORK
All work is scoped in writing prior to starting. Any additions or changes outside of the agreed scope will be re-quoted and require written approval before implementation.
03 // PAYMENT TERMS
  • 35% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins
  • 65% final payment is due upon project delivery
  • Projects over $1,000 may use milestone-based payment by mutual agreement
  • Invoices unpaid after 30 days accrue a 5% late fee per month
04 // REVISIONS & WARRANTIES
All builds include a 30-day post-launch bug warranty covering errors within the original agreed scope. Content changes, new features, or scope expansions after launch are billed at the Standard Shop Rate.
05 // CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner. Project delays caused by missing client materials may affect timeline and are not the responsibility of the Developer.
06 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of final payment, the Client owns all custom work product created for their project. Developer retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
07 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Foust Brothers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in dispute.
